A member who misses 3 meetings in any given quarter (for whatever reason) will be deemed resigned and their category open.

Invoices are issued by the Treasurer and paid promptly. Dues and advance breakfast payments are non-refundable.

The Leadership Team may discipline members in regards to this Code of Ethics, including membership termination.
